What you buyما الذي تشتريه

The review is $75 in Lebanon and $150 abroad. A review booked before 27 September 2026 is free, whatever date it then runs on. From 27 September 2026, a review you book yourself, on this site or by message, comes off the build if you go ahead. It takes about thirty minutes and ends in a written page that is yours whether or not you hire us. If you go ahead, the scope is what we put in that page and confirm in writing before starting: for a messaging assistant, the flow (orders or bookings), the languages, where the output lands, hosting, updates and support; for paperwork, follow-ups or reporting, the specific documents, triggers and recipients we agree on. Paymentالدفع

Prices are in US dollars. Cash, Whish or OMT; Lebanese lira accepted at the day's rate. Half of the setup to start, the second half when you see the assistant working on your own number. The monthly fee starts when we go live (or after the free months of a founding offer) and is paid at the start of each month. It covers hosting, updates, monitoring and support. For the WhatsApp assistant only, you can choose a metered monthly instead of the band: $49 a month plus $0.15 per order or booking the assistant completes, billed from our own event log with the statement attached; you pick at the review and can switch at any renewal. Two costs sit outside it and are passed through at cost, and both are estimated in your review page before you pay for the build: Meta's per-conversation fee if your volume ever exceeds the free allowance, and AI usage if your build needs free-text replies rather than menus. Our promiseالتزامنا

If what we agreed is not live within seven working days of receiving what we asked you for, the setup is free and we return the first half. Cancel any monthly fee with one message; the current month is not prorated. Meta's per-conversation charges, if your volume ever exceeds the free allowance, are passed through at cost and told to you in writing before they apply.إذا لم يصبح ما اتفقنا عليه جاهزاً خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلام ما طلبناه منك، فالإعداد مجاني ونُعيد إليك النصف الأول. ويتوقّف أي اشتراك شهري برسالة واحدة؛ والشهر الجاري غير قابل للتجزئة. أما رسوم Meta على كل محادثة، إن تجاوز حجمك يوماً الحصة المجانية، فتُمرَّر على سعر الكلفة ونُعلمك بها خطياً قبل سريانها.

Access and dataالصلاحيات والبيانات

We use the least access needed: your WhatsApp Business account through Meta's official API, a sheet you own, and a scoped account for anything else, which you revoke at handover. We keep no credentials after handover. Conversations belong to you and your customers; we do not sell, share, or train on them, and we delete our copies on request.نستخدم أقل قدر ممكن من الصلاحيات: حساب واتساب بزنس الخاص بك عبر واجهة Meta الرسمية، وجدول تملكه أنت، وحساب محدود الصلاحية لأي شيء آخر تلغيه عند التسليم. ولا نحتفظ بأي كلمة مرور بعد التسليم. المحادثات ملك لك ولعملائك؛ لا نبيعها ولا نشاركها ولا ندرّب عليها شيئاً، ونحذف نسخنا عند الطلب.

Privacy and cookiesالخصوصية وملفات الارتباط

When you send the form we receive what you typed: your name, the way you asked us to reply, the option you picked, your message, and the page you sent it from. The connection adds your IP address and your country. All of it goes to one private Telegram inbox we read, so a lead can be answered the same day. There is no database on this site, nothing is sold or shared, and we delete it if you ask.عند إرسال النموذج نستلم ما كتبته: اسمك، والطريقة التي طلبت أن نردّ عليها، والخيار الذي اخترته، ورسالتك، والصفحة التي أرسلت منها. ويُضيف الاتصال عنوان IP الخاص بك وبلدك. ويصل ذلك كلّه إلى صندوق Telegram خاص واحد نقرؤه، كي يُجاب الطلب في يومه. لا توجد قاعدة بيانات على هذا الموقع، ولا نبيع شيئاً ولا نشاركه، ونحذفه إذا طلبت.

Cookies: Google Ads sets one, so we can tell which ad brought a form in. That is the only tracker here. The fonts load from Google, which means Google sees the request. Nothing on the page stops working if you block cookies.ملفات الارتباط: يضع Google Ads ملفاً واحداً لنعرف أيّ إعلان جلب النموذج. وهو المتتبّع الوحيد هنا. أما الخطوط فتُحمَّل من Google، ما يعني أنّ Google يرى الطلب. ولا يتوقّف أي شيء في الصفحة إن حجبت ملفات الارتباط.

Messages on Instagram, Messenger and WhatsAppالرسائل على إنستغرام وماسنجر وواتساب

When you message Overclocked on Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp, Meta passes our assistant your message and the id Meta gives you for our chat (on WhatsApp, also your number and profile name). The assistant uses them to answer you, and we read them when you ask for a person or when the assistant cannot answer.عندما تراسل Overclocked على إنستغرام أو ماسنجر أو واتساب، تُمرّر Meta إلى مساعدنا رسالتك والمعرّف الذي تمنحك إياه لمحادثتنا (وعلى واتساب، رقمك واسم ملفك الشخصي أيضاً). يستخدمها المساعد ليردّ عليك، ونقرؤها حين تطلب التحدث إلى أحدنا أو حين يتعذّر على المساعد الإجابة.

What we keep: the latest turns of the conversation, so the assistant can follow it, deleted 30 days after your last message; a log of each conversation, which we read to answer you and to fix mistakes, kept until you ask us to delete it; and, in a private Telegram chat we read, copies of the messages that need one of us and of the answers the assistant writes in its own words.ما نحتفظ به: آخر ما دار في المحادثة كي يتابعها المساعد، ويُحذف بعد 30 يوماً من آخر رسالة منك؛ وسجلّ لكل محادثة نقرؤه لنُجيبك ونُصحّح الأخطاء، ويبقى إلى أن تطلب حذفه؛ ونُسَخ في محادثة Telegram خاصة نقرؤها، من الرسائل التي تحتاج إلى أحدنا ومن الإجابات التي يكتبها المساعد بصياغته.

When your question is not on our price list, the assistant sends it, with the messages just before it, to Anthropic, whose AI model writes the answer. If you tap a button in a chat that started from one of our ads, we may tell Meta that the chat became a lead, using the chat id Meta gave us and the button's label, never what you typed. Deleting your dataحذف بياناتك

To delete what we hold about you, write "person" in the same chat and ask us to delete your data, or email [email protected] with your Instagram username, the name on your Facebook profile, or your WhatsApp number. Within 7 days we delete your conversation from the assistant's memory, its log and our Telegram chat, and confirm in the chat or by email. The chat also stays in your own Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp inbox, which you control, and Anthropic keeps what it received under its own terms.لحذف ما نحتفظ به عنك، اكتب "موظف" في المحادثة نفسها واطلب منّا حذف بياناتك، أو راسلنا على ⁦[email protected]⁩ مع اسم المستخدم على إنستغرام، أو الاسم الظاهر في ملفك على فيسبوك، أو رقم واتساب. نحذف خلال 7 أيام محادثتك من ذاكرة المساعد ومن سجلّه ومن محادثة Telegram، ونؤكّد ذلك في المحادثة أو بالبريد. وتبقى المحادثة في صندوق رسائلك على إنستغرام أو ماسنجر أو واتساب، وهو تحت تصرّفك، وتحتفظ Anthropic بما تلقّته وفق شروطها.
